Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

International Orders:

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on selected products and promotions. Eligibility for free shipping will be clearly displayed on applicable product pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your order confirmation details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LuxVogueStyle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect items, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and work toward a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers must contact our support team as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
