Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Currently, LuxVogueStyle ships only within the United States.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on selected products and promotional offers. Eligible products will be clearly marked on the product page.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LuxVogueStyle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. 

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.


Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
