Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
- Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Items returned outside the eligible return period.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received.
- A brief description of the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

- Returned items are typically inspected within 3–5 business days after they are received.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item.
Restocking Fee
For returns requested due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
No restocking fee will be charged if the return is due to:
- A damaged item.
- A defective product.
- An incorrect item sent by us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.
